                    (The description: after finish the process ,run the auto impuse collection machine ,the carbon black poder will be collected in the tank of impluse machine without any flies as those process was done by full closed way .the most important is our auto impluse collection machine not only to transfer the carbon black from reactor automatically ,but also can filter the better carbon black with fine mesh from steel and bigger poder .then we can use the fine poder for below industry to get more profits)

we ae professional waste tire pyrolysis machinery and oil distillation machinery manufacturer. Since the establishment of the company in 1985 with the former name as Shangqiu Liuzhuang Machinery Factory, we are constantly in the industry of machinery manufacturing. The company name changed to Shangqiu Sihai Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2009, with registered capital as RMB3 million. We bought 17000sqm of land and constructed workshop for ourselves, meanwhile, in the steel market, we also have a workshop, taking the advantage of the convenience of steel material as it is just next door to us.

As the first manufacturer of pyrolysis machinery, we researched and developed such machinery technology by ourselves. All other manufacturers here just follow and copy from us, which means that we will have the most advanced technology as it takes times for them to copy. Up to now, we increase and improve step by step, and reach the latest version technology. All other manufacturers need catalyst, but for us, absolutely no catalyst required. For others, maximum capacity is 10t/d for pyrolysis machine, and we can make 20t/d, or more. For distillation machine, all others can make 10t/d maximum, and we can reach 100t/d, and now we are still in the process of improving.

Within last 5 years, we have sold more than 300 pyrolysis machines. In which, mainly, the capacity is 6t/d and 10t/d. Now we have new technology for 20t/d. As for oil distillation machine, in the market, all other manufacturers need catalyst, with small capacity. And we have technology to reach 100t/d, no catalyst required, this will greatly increase the oil quality and reduce the cost. 

As now we have developed our technology to the latest, all steps will be taken in closed cycle, even for the carbon black discharging and packing, all in closed circumstance, and we use oil as fuel, the exhaust will be treated by 3-steps, there will be no air pollution.
